The Launch of our YouTube Channel

I am delighted to announce the launch of our YouTube channel. We have started to add videos to our channel, and we expect that we will continue uploading videos on the following:

  • explaining more details of the Customer-Centricity Maturity Model and individual assessment points

  • discussing various different experiences Paul and I have had working both in-house (Paul Postance) and client side (myself)

  • discussing customer-centricity within different businesses through recorded zoom sessions

  • capturing CX reviews such as this 1st one on the incredible Squarespace platform
